It is great you already have LDN. There is a B-Complex 100 vitamin in capsule

form made by Solaray brand. Try and get this. It has....

Thiamine 100mg

Riboflavin(Vit B-2) 100mg

Niacin(as Niacinamide B-3) 100mg

Vit. B-6 100mg

Folic Acid 400mcg

Vit B-12 100mcg

Biotin 100mcg

Pantothenic Acid 100mg

PABA 100mg

Choline Bitartrate 100mg

Inositol 100mg

You should not be using teaspoon fulls, that's way too much LDN. You need a

dropper to measure out 3.0mg or 4.5mg into a teaspoon or tablespoon.

Acquire some ml measuring equipment from the baby section of a Drug Store and a

small bottle with a screw-on cap...make sure bottle is amber or dark amber to

protect solution from light. At bedtime shake the bottle well if it is mixed in

distilled water, take a desired dose (no more than 4.5ml), chase it down with

some water and store the small bottle in the refrigerator. LDN prepared in

distilled water only MUST MUST be kept in the refrigerator for freshness.

There was no brand mentioned...just color.

I'm so used to mg. I chaged the 3.0mg and 4.5mg to 3.0ml & 4.5ml.

My mistake. I just re-read the original post. I respect the requests

of those on this list that read by way of digest to cut everthing

previous in a thread before responding, but it leads to confusion for

those of us used to following the norm of e-mail threads.
