Might be why some of us struggle with using the hormones more than others. Our receptors aren't working quite right or we don't have enough. Personally I think it's the former and has to do with getting enzymes needed to hook up estrogen properly. B6 is linked to this but I don't have time to find the article about it. It's easy to google b6 estrogen receptors for find lots. But I also think TRACE MINERALS properly gotten in are another big ole clue to helping the enzymes develop properly. Good enzymes help good protiens form and receptors attach hormones correctly and easily. Darn if i know how to get the proper amounts of trace minerals. Just supplementing with them doesn't really do the trick 100%. I think they need to be in our foods and THEY AREN " T. Most of us are eating very mineral poor foods even with the organics we spend so much money on. In fact I'm coming across bits and pieces that suggest organics (and any food) grown in too high nitrogen could actually be blocking our trace minerals or throwing off the correct balances. The majority of the organics from Ca are grown on high nitrogen composts without remineralzing the soils. (reminerlizing correctly takes tons of work and is expensive) Anyhow...don't have any really good answers or more insights right now. I'm intensely exploring this aspect right now and feel it's critical so I'm just putting it out for us to keep in the back of our minds.
