Dr. Lawrence has MS himself and takes LDN. All diets are okay with LDN EXCEPT

NARCOTIC diets...they don't do so well with LDN...just joking. The only things

that don't mix well with LDN are narcotics, immune system suppressants like

interferons, chemotherapies and steroids. Never heard that vit D suppresses the

immune system. Stick with what Dr. Lawrence says.

Hello Cathal,

My husband is a very strict BBDer and is doing very well on LDN. He was on the Best Bet diet a while before he started LDN and we think that is why is did not have any problems at all when he started LDN. He also takes all the supplements suggested and lots of Vit. D. in tablets and cod liver oil.
