Getting ready to start LDN (Rebif)

My wife was recently diagnosed with RR/MS (July 2005) and has been taking Rebif ever since (~5 months). We have been excitedly reading about LDN and have just recently filled the prescription (3mg). Any opinions on how long my wife should be off Rebif prior to starting LDN? We understand that the two conflict with one another.
