thank yous and a question about restarting ldn.

hello.

i just wanted to send a big shout and say thank you to this community. your

candor and

steadfastness in helping out, as each newcomer surfaces with the same questions

and fears

has been outstanding in my experience reading the posts over the past few

months. i would

like to give very special thanks to marsha smith, who originally turned me on to

ldn and this

newsgroup, and to carolina van der lande, someone i've never met, who graciously

sent me

some liquid measuring equipment from the netherlands when i couldn't find

anything

suitable in france. i've met this kind of warmth time and again, and it is this

kind-

heartedness, more than anything, that has made the challenge of this malady a

positive, even

welcome, new road.

on a lesser note, i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to

" restart " ldn. is

there a recommended waiting period, or any factors i should be concerned about?

will it be

less effective because of the break in treatment? i'm sorry if this subject has

already been

addressed, but i couldn't find anything in the archives.
