Guest guest
Hi , fwiw, and me only, I've taken vicodin with ldn for my back pain. Course' I took the pain pills during the day, and didn't mix the two at night. Again, for me, didn't seem to make any difference. (don't use the pain meds anymore) Jim [low dose naltrexone] Need advice on pain meds. Hi Everyone,I need some advice on pain meds. I realize you can't mix opiates with ldn but what exactly happens if you do?

You might want to skip a day of LDN and take the opiate for full effect. For those who have been taking opiates long-term need to be sure they have been opiate free for 14 days prior to starting LDN or they will experience withdrawal symptoms.
