I suggest you get this book. It explains your vitamins, minerals and herbs and

so much more. I have this book. I sometimes give it as a gift.

Hi , Thank you for the book title, I'll send for it. I do take numerous vit. and min supplements but none of them specifically target the prevention of or breaking up the existing arterial plaques. I'm sure to find the answer in the book. I have discovered that topical essential oil like tea tree oil does more for general aches and pain than does the muscle rub and heat wrap or pads I've been using. Again though, not for the plaques which are keeping my BP elevated despite taking my BP med and diuretic, hope to find an answer in the book quickly. Thanks again, GigiBren <TwisterAlley2@...> wrote: I suggest you get this book. It explains your vitamins, minerals and herbs and so much more. I have this book. I
