Tawny,

I live in Tulsa and just got back from Albertson's where I got my

flu shot. They had me fill out a questionnaire and I took a note

from my doctor saying that I was high risk.

Go to:

http://www.findaflushot.com/lungusa/ and put in your zip code and

it will tell you who is having flu shots.

their

> not giving any flu shots this year. They told me their very low,

and

> I will have to find out from my doctor, if I can get a flu shot.

> This is kind of scary, with everything going on in the World.

Hi , Thanks, I will check out the Albertson's around here.

Hey, I lived in Tulsa most of my life, was born there. Then I

moved in 2001, so don't know anyone around here. Glad to hear from

you, and thanks for passing on the information, Tawny

  • 1 year later...

This was sent to the group in 2003 by a man named Noland who was on LDN for (I think) Lymphoma. Don't know what has happened to him. He also told us to take Eldeberry (a brand called Sambucol )which can be bought in a vitamin store. It is to prevent the flu. Prevention magazine just had an article about Eldeberry and the flu, last month or the month before. I have used it for 3 yrs when I may be coming down with something and so far...so good! My daughter swears by it also.
