Hello,

How many people just want to sleep all of the time? It seems like I cannot

get enough sleep. It is not my medications because even if I do not take

them I am still sleepy.

This many be a weird question but what has anyone done to help this problem?

Thanks,

I have the same problem --- but yet, I have to take muscle relaxers to sleep at

night. Try to fight it until afternoon, and then take a nap. That seems to do me

the most good. Staying busy, and a drinking a couple cups of coffee helps me

make it to lunch. Then it's nap time, and I can go again.

Dear ,

Just curious when your last surgery was. I can say I was a sleep junky for about

TWO years after my decompression/cervical laminectomy. I had my vp shunt

removed, and went on sleeping binges for about six months. Could this just be

part of the natural healing process after a major brain trauma? If so, it might

be normal and it will pass in time.

Also wondering if you're experiencing any depression symptoms?

Sincerely,

Same here. I am always tired also. Then there is some days I go anywhere from 1

to 2 days with no sleep. I can't seem to catch a break among other problems.
