Hi, I'm on it, but it took me a while to go long stretches without

cheating. There's even a chocolate based recipe on the site now.

I've just began LDN (just over one week now) and have been Best

Betting for a while. The best results from the BBD take time. The

best thing about it is that it improves wellbeing anyway...

I find the hardest meal to sort is breakfast. The rice flakes don't agree with

me and now I

am trying quinoa.

Got some organic corn flakes today but I don't think we are supposed to eat too

much of

them.

Hi

What enzymes do you use?

Its a bit better today. Have not eaten any ground sunflower seeds which seems to

cause a

problem.

I've been on the BBD for about 6 months. I don't beleive oatmeal is

allowed- it is controversial, but is beleived to include some levels

of gluten, i think.
