Guest guest
I am a new member to your group. In a group that treats children with autism with Valtrex we have seen a significant number of families reporting a rash when using Valtrex therapy for autism - 91% according to a recent poll (yes, a set of children with autism seem to improve on Valtrex... and also LDN). Interestingly, this rash is not listed as a side effect of Valtrex, nor can I find any adults in the sexually transmitted Herpes Groups that have experienced a rash during Valtrex therapy. This rash seems to be somewhat unique to our children with autism. I have also read posts in various places from families of children with autism who have reported a rash from LDN therapy for Autism. A question was posted by a member in our group today about how often the rash occurs with LDN. I posted the question in a group that focuses on LDN therapy for Autism (autism_LDN) and I wanted to post it here as well to see if there is yet another difference in the occurance of a rash between treating a neruotypical adult compared to treating a child with Autism. I'm curious your thoughts about the LDN rash, what it typically looks like, what you believe it might be, and how many people on LDN experience it, how long it typically lasts, and what other symptoms you have observed during the rash. With your permission, I'll pass your posts along to our group members as well. Thanks in advance. - Stan Kurtz Moderator - MB12Valtrex (which focuses on Nasal Spray-Vitamin Methyl B12 and Oral Valtrex for healing of autism, AD(H)D, eczema, chronic fatigue, asthma, and fibromyalgia.)
