I just ordered it from medmex.com. it's called revia=LDN. It comes

in 50 mg tabs( 28 tabs for $104.00) so I will make my own. 50ml of

distilled water with 1 LDN tab. Now each ml of water will = 1 mg of

LDN. This way it will be easy to start at 1.5 for a few weeks and

then up in a bit at a time to 3 mg or whatever works best.

Hi Jeanief,

Would you like me to e-mail you a " welcome e-mail packet " that we usually

send out to new people on our chat site? If anyone else would like it sent

to them also, please let me know.

Kind regards

Aletha

Hi Jeanie,

I'm not sure if you are on digest or individual emails? I read and

answer at the site due to the large volume of mail.

Your not duh! We have all been new at one time or another ;0) What I

do is when I read a post I want to answer or add to I click on the

persons post. When it comes up I click on reply at the top. A new

window will open with the persons post included. I like to keep my

question or answer on top so that I can delete the previous text. It's

easier for those on digest.

I put my curser just before the persons message and click. Then just

start typing. You can then cut off as much as the previous post as you

want.

To see replies without going back and forth. Scroll down to the bottom

of the post and it lists the replies.

Hope that helps and welcome aboard!
