Guest guest
Hi,I am taking the above medications for my fibromyalgia does anyone know of or have experience with LDN interactions.I am not taking LDN presently i am just researching the possibility of starting it.Do people take this without Doctors supervision,i do not have a established good relationship with any health care provider.I live in a rural town and i am Medicare which is not helpful.I used to see a PA around here and he was unwilling to treat my candida with Diflucan that i absolutely knew i had because i have been dealing with it for years. He told me that it doesnt exist.I have had over the years a few couple tell me that whatver illness i thought i had it didnt exist.Well it exists for me maybe for them.I am just frustrated I became ill at 21 yrs old and diagnosis was CFS.I had to stop working because i was in college and couldnt do both.I got through school it took a extra year.I moved to land from PA at 23 and i become much more ill, pain, headaches, fatigue become really bad and a Dr said it was fibro.I then become aware that im severely chemically sensitive. So the ten years have been awful for me,chasing treatment and drs,my marriage to my hs sweetheart broke up,i fought 2 years to finally get disability.I live now in govt housing for Seniors and disabled and they spray pesticides regularly that worsen my condition so much.IN past two years ive lived here i have lost ability to drive, and my car due to repair debts i couldnt pay, focus & read most of the time, handle my finances, have actual firnds i see,im going to have to file for bankruptcy.I am very isolated i dont have much contact with people or help. Its hard because im relatively young 33 and to most my illness is invisible so its like im not taken seriously. My family is basically not supportive or close to me and i had a boyfriend for past 2 years but he's decided to move on without me i think he just burn-out at seeing me ill and miserable.Sorry this is not that positive its where i am.If anyone prays can you please include me.Becky Postlethwait Thanks all. Guest guest
Becky have you ever taken antidepressants? I have been in your situation for many years. I take 40mg of prozac every day and have been for fifteen years. It helps me so you may want to try it. Guest guest
Hi Barbara and Becky, It is great that you found something that works for you Barbara. My husband tried Prozac but it did not help him, neither was anything else he tried for depression (he has MS). Finally he tried the over the counter DLP. Since the first day he has not been depressed. It has been 11 months now. Just another option. I will re-post my candida thread here again today. You can do a simple home test to check yourself for candida and you don't need a doctor to treat your candida...diet and supplements can help rid the body of candida. So look over the posts for today for my candida message. Once you get on LDN try to wean yourself off of as many of those prescriptions as you can.
