Not to knock flu shots, but it has been 12

years since either my wife or I had one. My wife works in a pharmacy and deals

with sick people every single day. Whenever we start coming down with

symptoms, we load up on ESTER C 25 grams or more per day. Have never had

anything last more than 12 hours.

Are flu shots still ok to get whils on LDN . The flu is out of control

Telsha, you can get a flu shot while on LDN, but Dr. Bihari is against them.

I've been on LDN for two years now and have not gotten the flu, despite the

fact I haven't had a flu vaccine and I work in an elementary school. But

everyone has to make their own decision.

My friend got optic neuritis the next day after the flu shot. DX with ms.

She is a pharmacist and will never have another flu shot. Her spinal cord

still burns sometimes from the high dose of steroids they put her on. Kathy
