I used to get shotting pains in my head a couple of

times a day. Like a shocking and severe second of

pain. Just enough to make your face cringe and to

cause you to make a grunt and then it's gone. I also

used to have an uncontrollable flicker in my eye lid

on the same side of my head pain around the same time.

That would happen a few times a day, maybe more.

These symptoms came and went for years and were

exacerbated by stress.

Since I have been doing Methylcobalamin Nasal Spray I

haven't had it happen. I'm rather new to the group,

so I don't know how much B vitamins have been

addressed, but MB12 given by spray or sub-q shots

seems to do great things with nerve development and

inflamation that might possibly be related to this

problem.

Hi,

I use to have shooting pains in my head when I was on Copaxone. Once I got off of Copaxone the shooting pains went away. Are you on Copaxone?

Hi Stan,

My husband takes B12 under the tongue, and he takes B1 in a non-toxic form

every day. Is the B12 that you are talking about much different?

Thanks

Aletha
