Guest guest
Hi, This had happened a few months ago too. They had internet problems and no one could get through on the phone at that time either. As soon as things were fixed they got right back on the ball. The only other thing that I can think of is that someone reported recently that they had theirs confiscated at the postal office by the customs office. No one else has reported having a problem. Hang in there. If you need a couple of numbers for doctors that will do phone consultations let me know. Generally they are costly, but get the job done. Dr. Bihari charges $500, and the $250 for follow ups. But in over 1.5 years we have not needed a follow up. Dr Weeks is $300. and I don't know his follow up fee. He requires a lot more information, but he is very through. He is in Washington State. Hi, The same thing happened to my boyfriend when he tried to order from Medsmex a year ago. We thought it was because we are from the Netherlands and they don't ship there, but the address we gave them was in the USA. A week later we tried again with the same creditcardnumber and there was no problem at all. I think Aletha is right, you should hang in there and just try again later. I'm quite sure that you will succeed. Good luck!!! Carolina
Guest guest
My state employeed credit union rejected too and the bank said they do not accept charges for Anything from Mexico so I used another card and that one worked. Could be a bank thing about Mexico. Has anyone heard if the person that US Customs confiscated their LDN got a refund from Medsmex? I'm curious to know before I order again in the future but my neuro will give me a script but will be US name brand Revia which I haven't tried yet.
