Guest guest Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 has anyone gone there? and if so what is your opinion or them pro/cons? see i've already had decomp, which lead into needing an emergency shunt placement 19 days later, now i find it that my past neurologist DOES NOT want to " keep me on " as he sees me as Oh whats the word (shoot i cant think) anyway basically he doesnt want to " fix someone elses issues " the NS who placed the shunt only wants to see me when i have an MRI and ONLY then! the NS who done decomp is out of state. I thought i had found me a NL who knew and understood Chiari and Shunts expects upon leaving his office i asked if i should make a follow up appointment and i was told " NO " I guess he didnt see money rolling off of me, alas feeling defeated i looked no more- Now I am having issues and after seeing pain management she sorta yelled at me (lol) to find myself a NL and she suggested the UofM so iam curious thanks..
