Guest guest
Hi Gals, an 'old' book from 2000 fell back into my hands again: "Chronic Fatigue Unmasked", by Gerald E. Poesnecker, ND, DC, with forword by an MD.Website: www.savvypatients.com/cfs.htm . I was astounded at what I read just looking into it, saying to myself "that's me", "that's us, former "WP pioneers" with our "kinda gulf war syndrome" symptoms. More or less, much of "our pathology" seems to fit that picture, and since the next step after CFS is fibromyalgia and I know I have badly had, and now still have nagging pains (certain days of high humidity =stress), it's certainly me. I thought you might want to read up at least on certain chapters and the treatments they use in their clinic. Cheereo, Charlotte PS: it specifically addresses the issue of anxiety and depression.
