Guest guest
Louise, I was diagnosed, March 2005. RRMS. I'm currently on Copaxone. My main symptoms are severe fatigue, loss of balance, back pain, and some walking difficulties. I am dead tired after changing the sheets on my bed. I hope to start LDN next week and get back some of my energy and balance. MS is unique to all MSers since there are hundreds of miles of nerves in your body and lesions can be anywhere and affect each person in its own way. Good Luck and hang in there. BOTH OF YOU Also, has your husband seen any improvement with LDN? His symptoms over the last 2 years have primarily been difficulty with balance and walking. However, he has no fatigue and has even more energy than I do. He's able to work long hours as well. I keep hearing that almost everyone with MS has fatigue problems. Are there others out there, especially with PPMS, who have no fatigue problems?Louise Photos Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars. Add photos, events, holidays, whatever. Guest guest
Thanks for your response. My husband does feel that LDN helps. He especially notices it the next day if he forgets to take it. The only significant symptom he's experiencing, is his walking. He has minor bladder symptoms but they're not enough to cause major problems. Are you employed full or part-time? In case you haven't already read this, copaxone is apparently the only CRAB drug that can be taken with LDN. You may want to confirm this at one of the other LDN discussion groups. Please let me know if you have any improvements over the next few months. By the way, my husband does better at 3 mgs as 4.5 causes too much stiffness. Good luck.
