Guest guest
Hi! I just got home - I gained a 10 lb .001 oz granddaughter tonight!! I watched her come into the world - so beautiful. I had seen you talk about fish oil and am glad you brought that up to me again. You said not cod liver, so what product specifically do you recommend? I have Carlson fish oil in capsules for me. We use virgin coconut for all our fat needs, except for olive oil and organic butter. I buy the coconut oil in huge tubs. But, I don't get some into him every day and could try harder. What type of magnesium and does it have a cofacor or is it one?? I am using a cheap b6 and to save me time can you recommend a good type of b6? Oh, definitely, my goal is to get the junk carbs away from him. I don't want to write a book, but I have been very depressed at times with stuff to do with my other children and I have just had periods of times where i just went blankly dead for a time. I am trying to come out of that.
