I have experienced a great increase in energy levels, seen a

relapse

slow and Lhermittes (in the last few days) seemingly reduced.

Additionally my need to use asthma medication has been noticeably

reduced. Clear impovement in thinking skills too. It's been a few

days under a month since I began (using the 50mg/dissolving

technoque).

Should add I'm early 30s, was diagnosed just under four years ago,

have been on the BBD for 2+ years (though I cheated a lot early on)

and am RR.

I've had no weight loss. Good job too, as the BBD trimmed me down

to size...
