things have changed. However, I'm not sure which of the two have caused the

balance issue or loss. The only two things that have changed are: #1 the guy

who takes me to aqua therapy has had to miss the last 2 weeks (so in turn I have

not been able to go) #2 is that I have moved up in exercise intensity. These

things are the only 2 things that have changed (at the same time) in the past

few weeks. What suggestions would you make to pinpoint the one causing the

balance issue?

The increase in intensity of exercise could be a factor. But other things can

cause flare's. You may be frustrated with the guy who you go with because he

hasn't gone and you've missed two whole weeks. Being ticked off at someone or

something generally causes me an increase in pain. You could have inner ear

issues like a possible ear infection.

I hope all gets better soon.
