These weren't severe so I rode the symptoms out and stayed at 4.5mg. I no longer have numb hands nor any extra stiffness.
Guest guest
I had the same effects at 4.5 mg. I took that dose for three weeks and the stifness wasn't going away. So I stopped taking my LDN for 2 weeks then started back at 3.0 mg (I took this dose all last summer, it worked well but I was going to try for a bit more energy, hence trying 4.5). I took the 3.0 for two months again and 10 days ago I started at 3.5 mg. I am doing well at this point. It is recomended that you don't just jump in at 4.5 mg but build your way up. My stiffness went away after I stopped taking the 4.5 mgs. --- turnerpllcmj <turnerpllcmj@...> wrote: __________________________________________________
