LDN acts as a diuretic...many lose as much as 10 pounds on LDN if they

have fluid on them. This will die down once it has pulled the fluid off

you.

All these quirks are normal. It is showing you just how extremely low

your endorphins are. Stick with 1.5mg for about 7 to 10 days and then

up to 1.75mg.

Keep me posted as to how you are reacting. Extra fatigue for awhile if

you develop that is common and will eventually fade.

I'm feeling less shakey today and only went to the bathroom once

last night and had a deeper sleep last night. thanks for the replies

I am sorry to bother you because this question has

nothing to do with LDN. I was wondering if you raise

yorkies. Your e-mail sugested this. If you do and

have any very small puppies (girls) please contact me

for I am basically house bound at this time and would

love to have a baby (yorkie). I will keep you in my

prayers and hope LDN works for
