first night on LDN ( 1.5) and not feeling so good

Hi, I got my LDN from medmex and mixed it up and took only 1.5 at

10:30pm. I never went into a deep sleep and had to get up to go to the

bathroom 3 or 4 times which is not normal for me unless I'm in a

relapse. I also felt dizzy or buzzy in the head( kind of high or

something) This morning I have a foot cramp, very sensitive to light(

but no eye pain like I had before) and my hands and legs are shakey

and twitch, and a very dry throat. I just wanted to make sure that

these symptoms are ok and normal for just starting out on LDN. I am

surprised that I feel this way on such a low dose. I know I mixed it

up right. Thanks for any input, I'm kind of scared to take it again as

I felt goofy in the head last night and it scared me. Jeanief
