Hi Suzanne,

Hang in there it takes time to get through some old symptoms and sometimes

the body reacts a bit strangely at the beginning. Make sure to keep a log

of what your taking and what reactions you have. Also, did you see all of

the posts regarding spasms and (strangely enough) putting a bar of soap

under the covers at night. Too many people have said it seems to work for

spasms and areas of knee and joint pain, to not at least give it a try.
