i've lost about 25 lbs over a 7 month period since starting LDN, have been

trying to gain some back but haven't been successful yet....i've always had

a good appetite and have been eating, i did change my diet drastically also

at the same time i started LDN.... i follow the Best Bet diet..

and yesterday, 01/06: 117 lbs

So I am definintely stable at this weight.
