Guest guest
For information about " allowable limits " for pathogenic bacteria and mold in the workplace, contact the Indoor Air Quality Information Clearinghouse (IAQ INFO) at: Telephone: 1-800-438-4318 E-mail: iaqinfo@... The Indoor Air Quality Information Clearinghouse (IAQ INFO) serves as a central, public access point for information that will help people identify, resolve, and prevent indoor air quality problems in buildings that include homes, offices, and schools. We also suggest you take a look at the EPA's Indoor Air Quality Web site at: http://www.epa.gov/iaq/ Please contact us if we can be of further assistance. Guest guest
That is a good place to start, but a lot of people out there are being affected by molds that are not pathogenic, but they are in such great numbers that they cause problems. Does anybody have numbers or ratios of acceptable limits for molds in general? I have seen reports that state the total normal range for non-problem buildings is less than 300 CFU/Cubic meter. Anybody heard of this?
