If you are not lactose intolerant go with lactose, next best is Acidophilus(milk

free), then Gelatin, and Avicel(cellulose) last due to the fact that Avicel has

caused several people headache, nausea and vomiting if allergic.

Avoid Calcium Carbonate and cornstarch...cornstarch can make you sick to your

stomach.

Hi Shel,

I've had good luck with avicel. Calcium Carbonate can pack down

causing a slow release. You want a fast release. Others have

mentioned gelatin, acidophilus and lactose.

I recently ran across a friend that was paying an unbelievable price

for her ldn. She is in Hamilton. I gave her the info. for the

pharmacy I deal with. They do compounding and I recently found out

they can get pure naltrexone and make a liquid. It would be at a

higher price. Anyway approximate total cost including shipping is

around $55 for 30 capsules. Just letting you know so the same thing

doesn't happen to you.

Take Care
