Cod liver oil (usually or always) contains Vitamin D, so you don't need to take it separately. 2. Take no more than 2 g of cod liver oil per day. This is about half a teaspoon. 3. Also take fish body oil. A tablespoon is about 14 grams. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
