Cathal, I have his recommendations for MS, but I'm assuming they're the

same.

1. Cod liver oil (usually or always) contains Vitamin D, so you don't need

to take it separately.

2. Take no more than 2 g of cod liver oil per day. This is about half a

teaspoon.

3. Also take fish body oil. A tablespoon is about 14 grams.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Bob has been incredibly

helpful to me and I'm happy to pass along whatever I've learned from him.
