numbness for the 1st time in 2+years

OK I have been on LDN since Jan 04 and I just had an MRI and they said

that I had a new lession and Sat morning I woke up and my right hand is

numb and it is stioll numb today.

1st - what should I do?

2nd - Is LDN no longer working for me??

Please help!!
