I Just put a whole bunch of information together (that many of you

here have provided me with) and dropped it in the mail for my Doctor

to review. Let's hope for the best. Thanks to you all for your help!

I am just curious...why is everyone so hot to go up to 4.5 when 3.0 is working for them? More is not necessarily better! It seems to me that we are taking LDN in a kind of homeopathic manner and with that, a bigger dose is not always the answer. I'm taking 3.0 and am perfectly happy there and see no reason to upset the apple cart. I'm not judging, only sincerely questioning.

Peace and Blessings

I think it's because Bihari states that 4.5 is the optimal dose. While I agree that more isnt necessarily better, perhaps 4.5 will keep the monster away better than 3. I'm not saying that 3 is bad, but maybe this is one of those instances where more IS better!
