Guest guest
I just asked that question of Andy Cutler in the list, and here is his response: Debbie >Whats the difference between CoQ10 and Idebenone? Would you recommend one >or the other, or either? Idebenone is a modified version of coq10 that is useful in people who have iscemia - so little blood flow that part of their body is short on oxygen. This is most troublesome in the brain or heart. Unless there is a clear reason to use idebenone, stick with q-10. Idebenone was one of those fads that if you check a-m list archives ended up making a lot of kids worse (though they get better in a couple of weeks when it is stopped). Unless he has a big problem a cranial therapist talked about, or got hit on the head hard at some point or some such, there is no real reason to try idebenone that you have mentioned. My girlfriend and I are trying to get hersupplements together while we wait for our LDN from Medsmex (stillhaven't ordered it successfully, but we're still trying) and she'sstarted taking DL-Phenylalanine and Benfotiamine. Any experience onthis list with Idebenone either with or without these othersupplements, or LDN use, specifically for MS? I became curious afterreading some promising statements from the following link:http://internaf.org/ataxia/Idebenone_desc.htmlThanks in advance, Where do you get it? Guest guest
Kinda pricey. I have just started DL-P and something called ATP. Makes me feel like I'm full of champagne bubbles. It's nice considering the heavy feel I've been so used to. Guest guest
I take it everyday if i am not mistaken it is just another name for COQ10 and supplies ATP to the mitochondria of the cell membrane acting as a cellular rejuvenator and helps vascular conditions as well. I take 60 mgs a day of QGEL. It can be obtained from Swanson's vitamins. Kathy Re: [low dose naltrexone] Idebenone In a message dated 2/18/2006 12:59:46 P.M.
