Mike: Check out the data sheet on Naltrexone. It is stable under 77 Degrees Fahrenheit, (25 Degrees Centigrade). I refrigerate mine just because "just in case". It doesn't hurt as long as you don't freeze it. It works for me. My understanding is that it's good for 3 weeks. I'm just starting out

so mabey I'm wrong.
