3/03: 135 lbs

11/03: 124 lbs

11/04: 127 lbs

07/05: 114 lbs

11/05: 117 lbs

12/05: 116 lbs

11 lbs in 7 months, up 3 over a year, down 13 in July 05, and stable since.

Surely wasn't just water, I think my metabolism went back to the speed it used to be when I was younger and healthier.
