Some on this group have said it isn't a problem, but in my own experiences with doctors and medical literature, I had thought it very common for women to have significant exacerbations after birth and after nursing, if any. It was a major concern for me when my wife and I were trying to get pregnant. I used to know a woman who had major problems after giving birth.
