Guest guest
hi all. a cou8ple of months ago, i posted regarding symptoms. thank you to all who replied. unfortunately, it seems that the exacerbation is still with me. i had raised the LDN to 5 mgs for only one night because i got so sick the following day, and for the whole day. other than being extremely nauseated, i felt great compared to normal. now i can't seem to focus my eyes. everything is blurry, i can't even see the computer screen clearly anymore. problem is that i cannot tolerate steroids which knocked out the optic neuritis earlier in my disease. i am now considered allergic to steroids. everyone here is so good at supplements and such so i am wondering if there is something tyhat might make a difference. thanks in advance for reading my post. joanna PS- thanks althea and paul. DL-phenylalanine is a good thing: )
Guest guest
Hi Polly . . . I'm originally from South Dakota! . . . It's bit cold up there right now, isn't it? Knowing people in that part of the country, I have a feeling that, if you gather information from our archives and take it to a ND plastic surgeon, AND IF you find him/her receptive to discussing the en bloc/capsule/drain issue AND the surgeon commits to doing the surgery properly, you should have a winner. Ladies - there are so few folks in the Dakotas and word spreads so rapidly if they don't treat each other right, it would make ones head spin! Polly, it's likely that, even though I left SD in 1955, we know some people in common! . . . Here in Arkansas, we are friends with one couple who taught one of my HS teachers . . . another who taught two of my HS classmates in college! SD/ND is a very small place, population wise! One of my classmates (son) handbuilt a wooden church in the style used in Norway many years ago. You're probably familiar with it. Hugs and prayers, Rogene
