Guest guest
I'm taking this with some success (although currently sleep patterns affected but suspect because of die-off) I've managed to find a couple of places to import cheaper if you want to go ahead with it. Duty can be iffy sometimes you get hit (I did ) but I know others who haven't. My last lot cost me approx £100 for 2 months supply + the hydroxy+ and carriage Dawn my tether (as is my boyfriend!). so i found out about this " Threelac " thing yesterday - does it work? I wanted to make sure it wasn;t bogus, before i ordered - it will cost me about £100 total with carriage so don;t want to throw that kind of money away. Plus didn;t want to take something that could harm me?
Guest guest
Leanne, My boys did not give their Mama morning sickness. However, I have had many of my " older " friends suffer through the first many months. (no offense taken with the " older " thing- over 40 is a delicious event in my book on most portions of my life.) The crystalized ginger is a good tip, and it is a yummy treat every now and then for those not feeling nauseous hour by hour. A small bag will last a long time. B6 has worked for a couple of my preggo g-friends. Also, those motion sickness bands that apply accupressure to the wrists helped one of mi amigas rather well- but those are not super $$ but maybe $10 or so which can hurt a tight budget. You might try a message board on iVillage or babycenter with other mommies- try a board where they are mostly past the queasy stage- they will have more suggestions. I was blessed a couple of times on those board with coupons for some special stuff Truman needed, and I remember a giving spirit in those communities- someone may have a set they would loan or give to you to try. Meanwhile, I'll mention you in my prayers. All I can say is that I used to have awful chronic neck pain with some back pain and degeneration in the neck according to the xrays. The doctor told me my neck looked as old as his and he was 20 years older than me. Chocked it up to football injuries. He told me to get a heating pad. A couple of years and an ineffective heating pad later I started taking ionic minerals and went on this diet and my neck and back pain disappeared. I would like to add that my joints don't hurt and they feel " lubricated " as long as I stay on the diet. When I cheat during the holidays or if I forget to take my minerals for awhile, I can feel joint pain and my neck pain starts coming back. It's my body tapping me on the shoulder. Get off the carbonated sodas. They increase the acid content (carbonic acid H2CO4) of your stomach and I think they strip essential elements like calcium out of your body because of the carbon dioxide makes compounds like calcium carbonate--CaCO4. Coffee also increases the acid in your body and probably promotes a similar reaction. Don't forget the sulfates and phosphates in food. In an acid environment you can make sulfuric acid--H2SO4 that goes to CaSO4 and phosphoric acid--H2PO4 that goes to CaPO4 and turn yourself into a chemical reactor. Then's when you get out the bicarbonate of soda-- to buffer the acid. It makes CO2 that you belch out or otherwise expell from the body--make truck drivers proud. Always attractive. Enjoy. Guest guest
Hello, About two months ago I started waking up in the night with pain in my hip which is made worse at work as I am on my feet all day--I am thinking hip replacement as I had a scan 25 years ago which showed I had very worn joints as I was [and am] very overweight as a child and very sedendary--is there any way I can heal this now? Or do I just have to accept the surgery? Feeling very low at the moment--will losing the 90 lbs I need to lose fix it? Any help would be MOST welcome--thank you. Is there anyone out there who has achieved major joint regeneration going off carbs coffee sugar etc. Or is it too late? Kae

Hi, Kae, I don't know about major joint regeneration, but before I started the BTD I had chronic severe muscle and joint pain all over my body at age 49, to the point that I literally could hardly get out of bed in the morning. This pain began to diminish very soon after being on the diet and went away completely within about a month (as I recall-- that was a couple of years ago). It seems like losing weight would help alleviate additional pressure on your sore joint. I also began losing weight quickly on the diet, while eating all I wanted (never going hungry) and without counting calories etc. Maybe you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone by trying the BTD! Guest guest
Annette, I know it's not easy right now for you, but take comfort in the fact the mri's etc are o.k. There are a lot of people with nothing on the mri's and have a lot of problems and a lot of people with tons of spots on their mri's and are walking around like nothings wrong. I think everyone here would tell you , just get on the LDN and don't worry about the defenite ms diagnosis. I remember back in the 80's when my mri's were normal and I had symptoms, my nuerologist told me to come back when I couldn't walk. Get on a healthy diet, and vtamins and LDN, and enjoy every day. keith --- low dose naltrexone wrote: > There are 22 messages in this issue. > > Topics in this digest: > > 1.
