HI JANE,

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. GELERIS FOR YEARS. HE WAS THE ONLY DR THAT WOULD GAVE ME LDN. JUST BE HONEST AND TELL HIM WHY YOU NEED LDN. HE WILL UNDERSTAND. HE KNOWS ME SO YOU CAN TELL HIM SALLY SENT YOU LOL! .

BEFORE HE GAVE IT TO ME I FAXED HIM INFO ON LDN. HE IS VERY OPEN TO WHATEVER WORKS FOR US WITH MS. I THINK YOU WILL LIKE HIM, AT LEAST I HOPE SO. LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES.
