hi stephen!

the original tape-bo set was recorded in a studio.. on a set.. unlike all

other (live) workouts.

with billy there are a group of instructors... shellie (with short black

hair), debbie, billys sister irene, jasmine, whats-her-name who kicks really

high but left billy after these tapes... and a few other assorted people.

the pace of the basic workout seems pretty slow to me after having done a

bunch of the live basic workouts... the advanced studio workout has lots

of good stuff, including a long session of floorwork.. a really good

advanced workout in my opinion. the 8min workout is fine. it never hurts

to revisit the instructional from time to time but i think that the live

instructional is much better. the music is pretty bad... yes similar to the

GR noise... not actual songs, let alone lyrics... instrumental stuff.
