Guest guest
Cold hands and feet are a sign of a weakened immune system. MS affects our vascular system as well. Take a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper and mix in a big glass of water. It will help your circulation and lower your cholesterol. All kinds of good things in addition to giving you energy. The LDN should eventually warm your feet as that is what happened to me 15 minutes after I took my first dose. Guest guest
Yes I received your message. I started on LDN early Jan. 2006 and I also find my hands colder and my feet colder. Especialty at bed time. My wife always used yo get close to me to warm up bu she now has to be careful of the hands and feet. I also have MS. I have seen an improvement incontinenceproblems since the LDN started. I pick mine up locally from a compounding pharmacy. My last prescription written by my PCP was for 30 pills which is a months supply.
