Guest guest
The retail price per pill on this site for Naltrexone is $3.58 usd each. So, that's about $170.00 for 50 pills. mjh In a message dated 2/22/06 10:47:45 A.M. I just (hope I didn't jump the gun) placed an order from them... The cost is so low that I couldn't wait any longer. I'm going to give it a try. I called a few Dr.s from various "lists" and got the run around about getting a script. I just recently dumped my "joe" neuro and waiting (8 months to be exact) to see a MS specialist this April. Guest guest
, I also have MS. I convinced my PCP last month to write a script for 3 mg Naltexone capsules. He wrote it for 20 pills as a trial basis. That was on 1/18/2006 but it runs out 2/21/2006. I am to see him today 2/22 and I will try for another. I have responded well but still have some stiffness in my legs. My wlking with my malker is better my incontenince problem is better. I do not drive a car, only my wife does. As a fall back position yo can contact Dr. Bernard Bohari in NYC. He discovered this use for Low Dose Naltrexone. If you cannot visit him in his office he will interview you over the phone and if he is convinced you are legit, he will write the script you need You can cal him on 212-229-4196. His office hours are Monday -- Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Good Luck Ken [low dose naltrexone] BrandMeds dot com > Anybody ever heard of them and/or done business with them? Guest guest
Thanks Ken, I really appreciate it - I may need to call Dr. Bohari if the order I placed doesn't work out. I've read everything I can get my eyes on, listened to the LDN conference and just read the book " Up The Creek With A Paddle " by Anne Boyle Bradley. I've quite had it with my ex neuro at the moment... My GP is great but I don't want to put him in a tough position by asking him to perscribe LDN. I've been reading about LND for awhile now - Stopped taking Rebif which I was on for about a year (Nasty Stuff). I will post the results with ordering from bradnmeds (good or bad). It will take a couple of weeks to arrive (from God knows where). I hope things go well with your appt. today and you can continue with LDN. I'm glad to see your doing better. I too am having difficulties with my balance and right leg espically (incontenince also). If anybody else has any experience with ordering (without a script) I'd love to hear about it. The way I figure, if my credit card info. is stolen (identity theft) they can take my MS with it lol. > > , > I also have MS. Guest guest
They must have just increased the price - because I only paid $45.57 (that includes 9.99 shipping) - That is party why I jumped.. Is the 3.85 price too high? Guest guest
I double checked my math---- I " did " pay 3.58 per 50mg unit... I ordered 10. So thats 35.80 + 9.95 shipping for a total of 45.75. Sooooo. If my math is correct each pill is 50mg divided by 4.5mg which equals 11.11 days... Lets just say 11 days. 11 days times 10 units is 110 days worth... or about 42 cents a day.. pretty cheap considering Rebif cash price was approx 1700.00 per month... Sorry that this is convoluted... someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I thought I had this figured out.. > > > > > > The retail price per pill on this site for Naltrexone is $3.58 usd > each. > > So, that's about $170.00 for 50 pills. > > > > mjh > > > > > > In a message dated 2/22/06 10:47:45 A.M. Guest guest
I just called that number and got a "not-in-service" message, is there an alternative number? I have been trying to get on LDN for well over a year, my WV Dr's "just don't cotton to that newfangled stuff". Guest guest
Your math is correct, . Did you need a prescription to order it? mjh In a message dated 2/23/06 10:27:55 A.M. Guest guest
No script needed... I would have ordered more but not sure of the shelf life. If anybody knows what it is please let me know. $10 to ship 10 pills.. what a rip off, but if it helps I guess I really don't care. It could take a few weeks to arrive (that is if I'm not geeting ripped off).. I'll post the results. $153.30 per year = LDN or Rebif = $20,400 per year - No Brainer if ya ask me, not to mention the all the nasty side effects that comes along with intreferons. > > > Your math is correct, .
