Hi Pat,

That's me. I live about 25 miles south east of there - haven't been in

that area for ages. Yep, definitely summer here - got to 110+ not long

ago though today a very pleasant mid to high 70s.

Pat,

Lucky??? for me I don't have MS. I have PLS (Primary Lateral Sclerosis)

and the heat doesn't affect me any more than a 'normal' person.

However, if I get cold I can't move - I just go rigid.

Every day I beat my own previous record for number of consecutive days I've

stayed alive.

Has anyone with MS had body aches when starting ldn ? How long till you see

results? Thank you
