Guest guest
Hey Lynn, I use 05. mg once or twice a day depending on how stressful my day is. My gyno recommended 1 mg twice a day, but that was too much for me. I am really liking the extra strength and sexuality it has given me. Vliet suggests anywhere from 0.1mg to 1 mg in the cream depending on bloodtests and/or on how women feel. As usual I have the olive oil base for my testosterone (as well as for my estradiol). I do use a non-toxic cream base first and then apply the olive oil T on top of that just like I do for the estradiol. I have found since I have been using the T, I have been able to lower my use of E2 to around 6mg/day. I may be able to lower it more over time, maybe. Will have to see what my next bloodtest results are. Also to prevent chin hairs I apply a little E2 to my chin and that seems to prevent aromatizing to DHT. I wonder how much Beth Rosenshein is using?? I notice she did not mention any dosages in her Preventing Meno book. Would you be willing to comment Beth? I think I'm a good DHT converter.Always had breakouts of cystic acne eps. right before my period whenestrogen was low. And using DHEA really makes the breakouts happens soit seems to convert right over to DHT in me.If you're using it....How much using and what form are you getting it in?I noticed the lef.org article said 300mcg patches were what women used.ThanksLynn __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Yes, I take a little T w/ DHEA but not every day. Too much and I get irritable. L.
