pharmacys not giving dr names out

If you go to " The Compounder " web sight he explains why he will now

not give out names of DR.s who prescribe LDN. Evidently he got a

cease order from a Dr's lawyer. I hope other pharmacists are not

driven off by this as the they are a vitale link for us in the

information highway. I also understand that if your business-

livelyhood could be affected it becomes a little scarey,who wants tp

fight a lawyer. We need a good lawyer that has used LDN with success

to cover for a pharmacist who gets a letter like this with a nice

follow up letter. Has anybody else come across this? I hope not!!

What actually happened was Larry at The Compounder had copied my list of LDN

prescribing docs onto his internet website. Many people here post their

doctor's names as prescribing LDN without asking their doctor's permission. I

had removed several doctor's names when I found out they did not want their

names on my list...i don't know if Larry removed these names or not but I never

got a threat but Larry did. Larry removed the doctor's list from his site and I

decided it best for me to password protect my doc's list and give names of docs

for the state that person is from via private mail and not in public. Now there

are some docs on my list that I know don't mind me posting about their services

in public so I will post their info on this board and other boards.

Before anyone posts their doctor's name here please ask his/her permission

first.
