Calcium Carbonate as a Filler !!

Hello,

I remember reading some info posted here to avoid calcium carbonate as

a filler.. (i hope i am not mistaken).. Could somebody please tell me

why is this not recommended?

Also could somebody please tell me if acidophilus is suitable as a

filler.. i know some people are taking LDN with acidophilus as a filler

but a pharmacist i talked to about that was not sure it is the best

filler and was afraid of some interactions...

I am about to get my first prescription and i am trying to figure out

the best filler? (Lactose is out of question as i am allergic to cow's

products..)
