10 Tabs X 50mg = 500mg

500 mg / 4.5mg = 111.11 doses or days

500mg / 3mg = 166. 66 doses or days

Akiba's math is correct. However you are right that he should give it 6-9 months.

I think my math is correct. Good luck!

Hi Ed

Oh boy, did I screw up!!!! Sorry, Akiba , my face is red! That'll teach me to write something quickly and send it without thinking it through.

Thanks for catching that and correcting it, Ed.

Be well

see if it is working for me or not (about 100 days worth) Hi Akiba You should get about 220 days (at 4.5 mg per night) out of 10 pills. Also with MS, one should give LDN at least 6-9 months. I didn't start seeing anything as far as symptom relief till about 8 months. We have to remember that for MS, ldn's main purpose is to stop progression, not necessarily give symptom relief. Be well, Arlene

Excuse me folks but I have severe cognitive issues! I`am so confused... What is recommended 3mg or 4.5mg and do they come this way in pill form already? Am I making any sense? Sounds like you are saying they have to be broken up! I think I need a pharmacist :)))))))) nneEd Rojewski <edroj2@...> wrote: Arlene 10 Tabs X 50mg = 500mg 500 mg / 4.5mg = 111.11 doses or days 500mg / 3mg = 166. 66 doses or days Akiba's math is correct.
