Thank you Larry,

I would love to watch it. I have often thought about writing him about LDN.

[low dose naltrexone] 3-4AM - WHOA! amazing

Wayne Dyer is on PBS right now, if anyone is watching, pay close attention to :40-:50 minutes into the presentation (counting the pledge commercials), he's talking about it now.

The reason this resonates with me is because of LDN, Low Dose Naltrexone.

Those who have AI type diseases and take LDN, take LDN between 9PM and 3AM (local time), daily.

This is because between 3 and 5am, during the 'predawn hours', is when the body creates the chemicals for each day, and the LDN must be in the body prior to that magic hour.

Wayne is talking about that hour. This is so phenomenal! Another predawn link.

LDN is actually a spiritual medicine :)

If you're in the NY area, the 4 hour presentation starts over at 4pm, 1600; on Channel 21.

Dr. Wayne Dyer, WLIW Mar 11 04:00pm Dr. Wayne Dyer, WLIW Mar 12 11:30am Dr. Wayne Dyer, WLIW Mar 12 11:30pm Dr. Wayne Dyer, WNET Mar 16 08:00pm

Check your local listings. Find the time to watch this 4 hour show. I caught bits and pieces of it, but watching it from the beginning has it make the most sense.

This is all connected... mind, body, spirit.. health, stress, peace.

Awesome! If you saw last year's PBS epic (The Power of Intention), this one, so far, is so much better! Couldn't imagine it being better than last years, but it is :)

I always wondered about that magic time.Would it still be THAT time if yougo to bed at midnight and take your LDN at 11:30 pm? Would that make the magic time shift to later in the morning?

I work 12-8am M-F, so I'm waking up at 11:30-Midnight; I am RARELY sleeping between 2 and 4AM, even on weekends I tend to stay up those hours. Sleep apparently doesn't matter, the earth's magnetic/gravitational fields must have a lot to do with it.

My cell phone alarm used to go off at 0100.. but the last month I've been taking it at midnight; never before midnight.

I rarely go to sleep after taking it, it's usually after I just wake up. Tonight, Saturday night's are the exception.. I've been on the go all day so after I take it, zzzzzzzzzzzzzz city for me ;)
