I'm trying to eat healthier, and try to keep my house cleaner, too--hubby hates the clutter, and I'm getting sick of it. Good luck with all of it!! Jackie ;-) Here are mine: > 1) keep a food journal > 2) workout 5-6 days a week... even if it's just a walk > 3) Eat healthier foods and smaller portions of the not so healthy stuff > 4) Do my First Place Bible studies so I am prepared to teach my classes > 5) figure out some kind of system to keep my house semi clean. I don't seem > to clean anything until there is total chaos!
