Guest guest
When I read your post yesterday, I called out to my husband... "No way she'll get LDN from that neuro - he's too allogorically entrenched" . I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you. Sara Vaccaro <jaynbeth@...> wrote: ,Sorry to hear that. Guest guest
, I am sorry your doctor is that narrow minded. My own compuier is down, so I can't copy and paste you a copy of my miraculous experiences with this " quackery, " but it is supposed to be added to the regular site soon. I would also like to email you my neurologist's name, address, and phone number for your doctor to consult with. She is also a highly regarded MS Specialist, and she had never prescribed LDN before allowing me to go on it. She has since prescribed it for a number of her other MS patients. I will try to gei this info to you as soon as I can get my internet service working properly again. I wonder if LDN would improve my internet service? Hmmm. Sincerely, Bill > > Hey ya'll, > > I talked to the nurse at my docs office today to find out if he got the > info I sent on LDN. She said that, indeed, he did, but he won't > prescribe it. Guest guest
Sara, You were taking the LDN at the same time as the Betaseron? You didn't notice any incompatibility?
Guest guest
Ah, ok. I read your message wrong. I was taking Avonex with the LDN at first because I was too afraid to stop the Avonex even though it made me feel bad but then I broke my foot in December and stopped the Avonex because it was causing so much spasticity that the muscles were pulling on my broken bones. I haven't go back to the Avonex and feel alot better ms-wise. Interestingly, I saw a new neuro this week and he wasn't pushing the abcr's at all. He felt that maybe they were doing more harm for some people than good so maybe it is the best way to go, being off them. Good luck to you
Guest guest
Don't sweat it about not getting your neurologist's approval. Go ahead and buy internationally and mix a 50mg tablet with 50ml of distilled water, drawing up 3 or 4.5mls in a dropper each night, as many of us are doing. You don't need his prescription.
